The Belmont Public Library and the Boston Area Guild of Puppetry invite you to a Day of Puppetry - an afternoon of fun and fantastic performances.

Families with kids of all ages can enjoy Stewie's Magic Hat, the latest puppet show from Honey Goodenough of Good Hearted Entertainment and meet Leigh Baltzer of Through Me to You Puppetry and her friend Newton. Anyone inspired by the performances can stay and create their own puppets after the show and meet other local puppeteers.

The Belmont Library is grateful to the Boston Area Guild of Puppetry for these incredible performances.

Stewie’s Magic Hat: by GoodHearted Entertainment

His Grandmother announces that he will become an apprentice to the Great Garbanzo, a highly accomplished wizard! Will he master these magical tasks to earn his magic hat? Will he make his family proud? The story unfolds with magical messes, musical dragons, and many more amusements to help Stewie find the hat that fits him best!
