As a Certified Educator of Infant Massage through Infant Massage USA, Mary Beilman will teach new strokes each week that combine Swedish and Indian Massage in addition to reflexology. Massage can help babies with sleep, gas, and fussiness. It also enhances the connection between caregiver and baby. Each class will include discussion, demonstration of strokes, and time for questions and answers. 

This is a four week program, and sign up provides access to all four sessions. 

Mary Beilman has over 20 years of experience working with families as a Family Support Specialist, providing parent education, home visits and one on one consults. She has a Master’s in Early Childhood Special Education and is a Certified Lactation Counselor, Certified Educator of Infant Massage, Pediatric Sleep Consultant and a Baby Sign Language Educator.
