Beginner Tai Chi & Qigong - Hybrid!

Qigong and Tai Chi are meditative mind-body practices that use slow graceful movements and conscious breathing techniques to promote relaxation, reduce stress, improve circulation and enhance overall health and well-being. These easy to learn practices can be adapted for sitting, standing, walking and lying down. Through Qigong and Tai Chi practice we strengthen our interconnectedness with nature and the energy within and around us. During these classes we will explore a variety of techniques to harmonize heart, mind and body, and to clear, reinvigorate, and balance our energy channels.
Come join us and learn about the “three treasures” of Qigong, Tai Chi Easy (5 movements), and other healing energy practices that you can take home and integrate into your everyday life. No experience or special equipment needed; loose, comfortable clothes and flat shoes recommended.
Class times:
Thursday, June 1, 6-7 pm (Virtual): Tai Chi Easy and Seven Precious Gestures Qigong
Thursday, June 8, 6-7pm (Virtual): Tai Chi Easy and Eight-Organ Harmony Qigong
Saturday, June 10, 10-11 am (Hybrid - in-person and virtual): Tai Chi Easy and Nine Phase Integral Qigong
