In order to keep up with skyrocketing global energy prices while continuing to provide reliable electric service, Belmont Light will be instituting a rate increase for all customer classes beginning January 1, 2023. Before the rates go into effect, Belmont Light invites you to join them at the library to learn about the factors behind the energy cost increases, how your electric bill might be affected, and what you can do to keep your bill as low as possible this winter.
