Come join us at Town Green for Tai Chi practice and conversation (location can be found here on Google Maps.) Learn about the “three treasures” of Qigong (energy cultivation), Tai Chi Easy (5 movements), and other healing energy practices that you can take home and integrate into your everyday life. Find out more about upcoming free classes at the Belmont Public Library! Qigong & Tai Chi are mind-body practices that use slow gentle movements and conscious breathing techniques to promote relaxation, reduce stress, improve circulation and enhance overall health and well-being. No experience or special equipment needed; loose, comfortable clothes and flat shoes recommended. Rain location will be at the Belmont Public Library's Assembly Room.

Aisling O’Shea is a certified Integral Qigong Teacher and Tai Chi Easy(TM) Practice Leader. She has been practicing various forms of Tai Chi and Qigong for more than twenty years. Aisling’s goal as a teacher is to help others develop a practice that promotes relaxation, improves energy and strengthens the mind and body’s capacity for stress management and self-healing.
