"Quick" Breads: Cooking Class with Chef Meryl MacCormack

Get excited to learn how you can bake bread at home, with or without yeast! Class this week will cover whole wheat Indian-style roti, sourdough discard breakfast crumpets, and sourdough discard scallion pancakes.

Meryl MacCormack is a personal chef with over 12 years of experience cooking in the Metro Boston area. As a member of the US Personal Chef Association, Meryl specializes in creating personalized meal plans utilizing local products and fostering a balanced and healthy outlook on eating. She believes everyone can learn to cook — like anything else, practice and research (and maybe a helping hand) make all the difference.
