Does your family love songs, stories and being active? Join Belmont favorite Rubi Lichauco for a not so spooky music program that will help you bring elements of music into your everyday life and help your little ones interact with and appreciate the joys of music. The program will end with a parade around the library and trick or treating with the Friends. Costumes are encouraged but not required.  No registration required; this is a program ideal for ages 6 and under and is generously sponsored by the Friends of the Belmont Public Library.
