A student’s ability to express insights, experiences, and personal growth through their essays is more important than ever.

Led by Ron Feuchs and Jackie Tepper, partners at Stand Out For College, LLC this presentation will cover the college application process, including current admissions trends, writing the personal statement and supplemental essays, and securing strong teacher recommendations. Understanding how students can position themselves to increase their chances of admission considers the advantages and disadvantages of early decision, early action, and regular decision; whether to submit standardized test scores for test optional colleges and universities; and the different pathways through which students can be admitted to a particular school.
