Nonfiction Book Club-CANCELED

Thursday, January 217:00—8:15 PMOnline

Sometimes truth is stranger than fiction - or more interesting! Join librarians Lauren Pfendner and Chris Tremblay in the Nonfiction Book Club for an online discussion of  The innovators: how a group of hackers, geniuses, and geek created the Digital Revolution by Walter Isaacson on Thursday, January 21 at 7pm. From Ada Lovelace to Alan Turing to Larry Page and many more in between, Isaacson looks at those who possessed not only the ideas but the drive to make our digital world what it is today.

Registration is required so that we can send you the information to join the Zoom meeting on the day of the program. Please email Chris Tremblay at ctremblay@minlib.net if you have any questions.

The title is available as a print book or audiobook  from the catalog (linked here) and the library will have print copies put aside at the Adult Circulation window (just call ahead at 617-993-2855 to make sure there is one available).

Registration for this event has now closed.
