Page of Enlightenment History Book Club
Thursday, November 147:00—8:00 PMOnline
We all know the adage, "those that fail to learn from history are doomed to repeat it.” Don't be a victim - instead join librarians Lauren Pfendner and Chris Tremblay for an engrossing read of historical nonfiction every month. November's selection is Covered with Night: A Story of Murder and Indigenous Justice in Early America by Nicole Eustace, the 2022 Pulitzer Prize-winning history that transforms a single event in 1722 into an unparalleled portrait of early America.
This book club for adults & teens will be held online through Zoom. Copies of the book are available across from the Circulation Desk at the Library's temporary location in the Beech Street Center (266 Beech St.)
